More dynamic sequences and more advanced poses start to be taught to build more strength, stamina, and mobility. Adjustments are given to deepen or to modify depending on the individual’s needs. Our mixed classes build on the foundations of the Basic classes and are open to a variety of levels. These classes may include inversions and arm balance postures.

A calming, stress-relieving Gentle Yoga Class designed to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Emphasis is on creating harmony between breath and motion. Asanas are practiced at a slower pace, stretching and strengthening all areas of the body, while releasing tension from joints, muscles, and mind.  Develop flexibility and range of motion, resilient strength, glowing wellness, inner connection and inner peace.  Recommended for all levels looking to slow down and release the stress of everyday life.

Relax and Destress Yoga

Tuesdays 6 PM

Create more strength, flexibility and balance in your body while soothing your soul through breath and movement.  Learn and practice proper Yoga alignments.  Be present while letting it all go.

Unwind from your workday; leave feeling relaxed and refreshed.  All levels welcome.
